We have had an overnight birthday celebration in Jem Garden. It is a mini resort. Basically, it’s a residential one storey house with two (2) bedrooms, a shower and toilet, living room, refrigerator, kitchen, a swimming pool and another toilet and shower. There is also another outdoor kitchen. Yes, they have a karaoke.
We paid P4,000 for an overnight (12+ hours) rental of the whole facility. I heard they also rent out the place for weddings and other similar occasions.

okey po nagpunta na po iyong mga bata dyan sa december 4 ang kasal ttawag po ako e prapare ninyo sa akin ang date na iyan sa pulong puhangin sla ikkasal sabi nga pala ng mga bta hindi puede gamitin ang frigidaire totoo ba iyon gusto ko ksi kasali din ang kalan at frigidare kasi magiinit ng mga pagkain 2 days ko po rrentahan kasi magaayos po kmi thanks….

What a dirty, messy place especialy the ugly swimming pool that they have,,,there’s only one pool but still can’t take care of it properly! Eeeeeow!
